Her mentoring style is marked by empathy, clear communication, and a steadfast commitment to fostering both personal and professional development. Through her ability to impart expertise while empowering those around her, Giselle has become a respected role model within her community.
Over the course of her career, Giselle has actively mentored numerous individuals and has also served as an inadvertent mentor to others. Many have later reflected—sometimes years after working alongside her—that Giselle was a source of inspiration and a role model who shaped their professional journeys.
Since July 2023, Giselle has volunteered as a mentor with Mentor it Forward, a not-for-profit organisation that collaborates with mentors, educators, and organisations to build inclusive, employable workforces. In this capacity, Giselle provides guidance to people at the outset of their careers as well as those considering significant career transitions.
In addition to her mentoring roles, Giselle has acted as a resident director for various international clients with Australian subsidiaries since February 2020. She also serves as Director and Chairperson for a Western Australian nonprofit consulting organisation that is focused on enhancing client capabilities and outcomes through corporate and portfolio consulting services.
Most recently, as a founding member at Digital Directors Australia she has also taken on a mentoring role, with the goal of supporting both current and aspiring company directors in their professional development. |

As part of her responsibilities as National Practice Manager Strategy & Design at Insight Enterprises, Giselle played a pivotal role in guiding, mentoring, and developing two new practice leads, a solution specialist, and a team comprising over 40 consultants. |
