Coaching Inclusions
- Completion of the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence assessment, including a dedicated
feedback session, plus five individual 1-hour coaching sessions - Delivered over 4-6 months, with sessions spaced approximately every 2-4 weeks
- Virtual delivery across Australia
- Face-to-face available in Perth, WA
- Commences with a 30-minute introductory call to understand the client’s context,
challenges, and desired outcomes - Brief email support between sessions for reflection and preparation.
