Coaching Inclusions

  • Completion of the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence assessment, including a dedicated
    feedback session, plus five individual 1-hour coaching sessions
  • Delivered over 4-6 months, with sessions spaced approximately every 2-4 weeks
  • Virtual delivery across Australia
  • Face-to-face available in Perth, WA
  • Commences with a 30-minute introductory call to understand the client’s context,
    challenges, and desired outcomes
  • Brief email support between sessions for reflection and preparation.
