Chair, Non-Executive Director,
and Executive with over 20+ years
of governance expertise across
tertiary education, professional
associations, not-for-profit and
commercial sectors. Currently Chair
of Stanley International College and
Deputy Chair of
WA Ballet, Board member of
the WA Cricket Foundation.

Suzanne was awarded Order of
Australia in 2024 for distinguished
services to business, the Arts,
and community.

Suzanne has worked within the
Director community for nearly 20
years, leading the WA Division of
Australian Institute of Company
Directors (AICD) for 10 years
and then moving to become a
governance consultant, providing
Board Advisory services and Board
recruiter. She will provide the
insider’s information on the board
landscape, particularly WA.
